We offer the following shipping methods for Lithium-Ion Batteries:


Continental USA:

UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days for delivery
FedEx Ground: 1 to 5 business days for delivery

Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO/FPO:

Sorry - due to shipping regulations, currently we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, any US territory or APO/FPO addresses. 

Canada (payment of duties, taxes, clearance fees may apply):

FedEx Ground: 3 to 7 business days for delivery
UPS Ground: 3 to 7 business days for delivery

International Shipping

Please understand transit and customs delays are not within our control. The quoted shipping cost is for delivery to the destination address only. The receiver (importer) of the package assumes any and all obligations to pay applicable duties, fees, taxes, etc assessed to the order by the shipping carrier and/or governmental authority.

It is the receiver's responsibility to know and understand their country's laws and regulations regarding imports. BatteryPacks.com will not be responsible for shipments withheld or seized by Customs in the destination country. BatteryPacks.com will not modify the prices paid for goods purchased on a commercial invoice for any reason.

If you are located outside of USA/Canada and would like to place an order, we suggest using a freight forwarder in the US who can arrange for international HAZMAT shipping and customs clearance on your behalf. Direct HAZMAT air shipping to international destinations may be available in the near future. If an order is delivered to a freight forwarder,  Please note BatteryPacks.com will only be responsible for the delivery to the address shown on the order. BatteryPacks.com will not be responsible for any damage, missing product, export declaration, or other issue outside of its direct control.

Refused/Return to Sender/Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address or otherwise, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the products less: 

    • 10% restocking fee,
    • Original amount of Outbound Shipping*, and
    • Any applicable return shipping fees assessed to the parcel by the carrier.

* Orders with "free shipping" will have the actual outbound cost deducted.

The applicable refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the package has been received at our facility.

Misdelivered Shipments

Online tracking delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivery confirmation and you did not receive the package, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms mis-delivery and cannot recover the package or provide delivery, we will provide a full refund, inclusive of shipping costs, to the original payment method. BatteryPacks.com will not provide a refund for instances where the carrier denies a claim.

BatteryPacks.com, however, will not be responsible for package theft once delivery is complete. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have a secure location for package delivery. If you would like to request a signature for your order upon delivery, please write a note for us in the comments section when placing your order and we are happy to oblige.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost by the shipping carrier, BatteryPacks.com will provide a full refund, inclusive of shipping costs, to the customer's original payment method. Please note an international shipment is not considered lost if Customs in the destination country has withheld or confiscated the shipment. FedEx or UPS orders are considered lost once FedEx/UPS has confirmed such in writing after a trace/investigation has been performed. If you believe your order has been lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with the carrier directly on your behalf for a resolution.
